30 Day Guarantee – Easy Return
**YOU MUST AUTHORIZE ANY RETURNS WITH US PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM(S)**

Unused/Unopened Returns: If the item(s) you purchased are unused and unopened and you still wish to make a return please email or call us within 30 days of the shipping date   you may then return the item(s) to us for a full refund of your purchase price.

‘Unused and unopened’ means there are no signs of usage, all seals are intact, and all paperwork and packaging is present.

Gently Used/Opened Returns: If the item(s) you purchased are Gently used and/or opened and you’re not completely satisfied, please email us or contact us by phone within 30 days of the shipping date, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund of your purchase price.

Defective/ Returns: If the product is defective please let us know and we will be glad to assist you  as best as we can. Items that are deemed to be defective must be authorized for return and you will not be held responsible for return postage plus shipping and handling expenses.

Damaged/Returns: Items that are damaged or broken due to mistreatment or negligence and also any item(s) that are missing or that show excessive wear, may not be approved for return and or covered by our 30 day return policy.

Depending on the condition of the damaged item(s) there may also be a restocking fee.  If you as the purchaser or reciever are deemed not to be responsible for the damaged item(s) you may then be givin an approval and authorization for a refund during the 30 day return policy.

If damage is due to the carrier while in transit you would have to file a report with them to recover the damages as this can and does happen at times.

Shipping/Postage Returns: You are responsible for return postage and shipping exspenses and securely packaging and shipping the returned item(s) (we recommend insuring the package, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit). When we receive your return, you will be refunded by the same method as the purchase was made.

If you’re returning an item due to an error on our part, or if there is a defect with the item, we will refund you the purchase price of the returned item(s) and we will cover the cost of the return postage and shipping and handling fees.

Authorization/Approval Returns: After you call or email us, you may return the item(s) to us for a refund of your purchase price. (if applicable). You are responsible for return postage shipping and handling expenses (unless there is a defect or an error on our part) you are also responsible for securely packaging and shipping the returned item(s). We recommend insuring the package as we are not responsible for items damaged during transit. When we receive your return, you will be refunded by the same method as the purchase was made.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our providing same day service on most items we sell, cancellations must be requested the same day the order was placed and before 5:00 pm EST.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, and you still wish to cancel, we must treat it as a return and you will be responsible for the return shipping and postage expenses.
