We Charge $25.00 for shipping and handling per Item on each order of any Relax Saunas or Sky Eye Medical Therapy Lamp inside the continental U.S.
We process most of the orders as we receive them and also try to ship them within the same day. We ship orders until 5:00 pm EST M-F, except U.S. holidays. Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 days but they could and have been known to arrive sooner.
Far Infrared Products will be shipped through Fed Ex and will need to be shipped to a physical address. Fed Ex will not ship to the Post Office.
Shipments to addresses outside the continental U.S. are charged an actual shipping fee. It is In this case that we ask you to contact us either by email or phone to discuss shipping and handling rates and options .

NOTE: If by chance our shipping department shows your address to be invalid for any reason, we will attempt to contact you to confirm your correct shipping address. We will attempt to contact you three (3) times before we ship your order to confirm your shipping address. This is to prevent an undelivered shipment. In the event that we do not receive a response from you to confirm your shipping address after three attempts, we will ship your order to the address you provided. If the address turns out to be invalid, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs that result from an undesirable shipment.
