The Relax Sauna Increases Core Temperature More Effectively than other Saunas

“Hi. This is Dr. Paul Anderson.
I want to thank you for being at AAMP Spring, 2021, our infectious disease focus. And I wanted to just give a brief shout-out to our friends at Relax Saunas. They’re our partner with us at the Expo.
And what a lot of people don’t know is that when we put together our last integrative clinic and in others that I have consulted with since in the US, especially, we have used Relax Saunas because, for the type of sauna, they have double infrared heat sources which allow you to get the patient hotter than most other types of saunas. We’ve done this with internal body measurements and we’ve gotten people definitely in the 101.5 to 101.9-degree fever range which is really quite hot for a sauna.
I say all that to say that because, in the U.S., you have to be careful about what we say about hypothermia because you need certain parameters around that. But we’ve found that the Relax Sauna works quite well to get into that level of therapeutic hypothermia even though it was a sauna treatment.

FACT: Far Infrared Penetrates Deeper than Near Infrared Light Bulbs

Dr, Sherry Rogers, an environmental medical doctor, wrote a very-well documented book , Detoxify of Die, around 2001. The book is a testament to the power of Far Infrared Energy and Far Infrared Saunas. There are hundreds of research articles on the benefits of Far infrared Energy. You can view many of these on pubmed.com. One such article published in 2004 and presented at the 2nd annual Pacific Rim Bio-photonic Conference in Taiwan, shows that the Relax Sauna Radiators was very effective in penetrating deeply into the body, as well as significantly increasing micro-circulation. When you buy or recommend to your patient, a vitamin C product, or Glutathione, zinc, or any supplement, the potency is very important. 100 mg is not the same as 1 gram. What far infrared generators do other saunas use

Other far infrared saunas pictured below. The picture on the left is an imitation sauna sold on Ebay. It is made to look like the Relax sauna but it is very different in how it generates far infrared. The middle picture is of its inside. Note the infrared panel behind the chair. The right pictures shows a nice looking but less effective wood sauna which also use the same infrared panels as the cheap imitation saunas.

In the image in the center above shows the inside of a cheaper imitation sauna you can see the infrared emitting panels on the walls of the sauna. The “hot plates” use electrical wires and carbon panels to emit infrared. The problem with these are 3 fold. 1. They surround your body in EMF radiation. 2. They do not emit high levels of far infrared. 3. The frequency of infrared is not as pure as with the ceramic chips of the Relax Sauna.
